My parents have 13 grandkids ranging in age from 13 down to 9 months. There are a few "clusters" of age groups, but it can be hard to find activities for all of the kids to enjoy. We came close. Our "almost everyone" activity was to color shoes and t-shirts. Everyone but the oldest and youngest participated. It was a lot of fun!

Easter In Indiana
I had a birthday the same day as Nater, so as a gift to myself, we took a vacation to Indiana. I figured it'd be a good time for a break before preparing for Philip to come home. It was the first time I have ever driven that long. I discovered I like driving cross country. I also realized that I may have overreacted a bit every time I saw my husband doing 90 on the highway.
Anyway, we arrived in time for Easter. It was fun to see everyone at church and so nice to have a nice Easter dinner prepared for us. The best part, of course, was all the time with family. I didn't use my camera nearly enough, but here are some pictures of Easter in Indiana.

CHOO! CHOO! Nater Turned Two
Johnathon LOVES trains! So we did a train themed birthday party for his second birthday. It was mostly a playdate with cake. And the girls took most of the pictures because I was busy caring for the baby. Nater had fun and loved his presents. I loved making his cake (in mini loaf pans). Then on the next day, we went to watch the model trains run at the museum. Happy 2nd birthday Nater!
